Who we are

I have over  30 years of experience of  working with families, couples, individuals and people who are important to each other. I have particular experience of helping adults and their families, including foster and adoptive families, families affected by separation and divorce or concerns about parenting.

I worked for many years as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services, and in social care and education settings. I have worked as a clinical supervisor on the MSc Systemic Psychotherapy course at The Institute of Family Therapy, and as a visiting lecturer at the Tavistock Centre.

Currently, I work as a therapist, with couples, families and individuals, and as a clinical supervisor.

I am registered with The Association of Family Therapy (AFT) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist.

I have a particular interest in helping adult families resolve difficulties as well as couples and families with children and adolescents. I am committed to working ethically and ensuring all participants in therapy are treated with respect.

I am a parent of adult children. I work as a therapist and supervisor. My experience includes working as a therapist in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services for many years as well as social care and education. I have worked in a specialist Eating Disorder service for children and adults, and as a Visiting Lecturer at The Tavistock Centre.

I was a clinical supervisor on the MSc Systemic Psychotherapy course at The Institute of Family Therapy and KCC.
